Immigration Assistance
Urhai Community Service Center provides assistance to clients seeking assistance with immigration paperwork.
The agency encourages individuals who have been in USA five years or over as permanent residence to apply for citizenship, and help them with filing form N-400 as well as providing citizenship classes one-on-one and classroom.
The agency also provides assistance with the following forms:
* N-600 : Certificate of CItizenship for children under 18 based on parents citizenship.
* I-90 : Replacement of Alien Resident Card
* I-130 : Petition for Alien Relatives
* I-131 : Travel Document
* I-129F : Petition for Fiancee
* I-751 : Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence
* I-730 : Assylee/Refugee Petition
