Alzheimer's Screening Project
In collaboration with the Coalition of Limited English Speaking Elderly (CLESE), our agency provides Alzheimer's screening program to diagnose the disease thru the assistance and special assessment by the physician
This program started in 2005 and so far we have provided assistance to over 50 clients.
In addition to enrollment and assessment, we have provided educational gtoup sessions in order to outreach and create an awareness among the families, caregivers, and the community.
