The Medicare Transportation Program has been provided since the agency’s  establishment in 2001. It is a special program to assist elderly and disabled individuals who are on Medicaid only. The program provides two-way transportation services from the client’s home to physicians’ offices, clinics, and hospitals.

Eligible clients are required to call at least two days in advance to enable us to obtain the appropriate approval for the trip.
