Urhai Community Service Center was established in 2001 as a nonprofit, 501 ©(3), community-based organization to meet the needs of the Assyrian immigrants and refugees residing in the Metropolitan Chicago area and suburbs.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive social services to Assyrian immigrants and refugees arriving USA from the Middle Eastern war torn Countries such as Iraq, Iran, and Lebanon to help them overcome the cultural and language barriers and become productive members of the American society.

Although the target population is Assyrian, our services and programs are extended to assist other ethnic groups seeking assistance such a Russian, Jews, Hispanic, Arabs, Persians, African-Americans, Indians, Pakistanis, and Afghans.

Urhai Community Service Center is proud of being able to change the life of thousands thru the quality of services provided in all the past years.
